This short practice can be part of your weekly morning routine, or you can practice it whenever you need a moment of pause, gentle movement and creative sparkle burst. Just like athletes warm up their bodies before exercising, doodling in the morning gets your head into a creative flow state, ready for tackling what the day has to offer with similar creativity and inspiration. It helps with positive outlook on the day ahead. The class always begins with a few yoga-inspired movements to encourage grounding and presence; followed by a short doodling exercise or prompt.
