This short practice can be part of your weekly morning routine, or you can practice it whenever you need a moment of pause, gentle movement and reflection. Journaling is now recognized as a tool that can support wellbeing, by helping to: clarify thoughts and feelings, inspire self-inquiry and self-knowledge, manage moments of overwhelm and stress, and sparkle up solutions to conflicts or problems. The class always begins with a few yoga-inspired movements to encourage grounding and presence; followed by a short writing exercise that will vary week-on week, exploring themes related to creativity, rest, compassion, wellbeing, relationships and play. We recommend a practice space (mat and or chair) and writing tools (journal, pens, or device). For extra comfort, you are welcome to add - Cushions/Pillows - Blankets - Blocks/Books - Your favourite brew - Inspiring music, scents PS if you have none of these things, still come. You'll love it.
